Refund & Payment Policy

1 — Quick summary

Once you confirm and accept final delivery, the full project amount is non-refundable.
Deposits and payments for work already performed are non-refundable.
Refunds (if any) depend on the stage of cancellation and completed work.
Paid components, licenses, consultations, or support time are non-refundable.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project fee is required to begin work.
Milestones: Projects are billed in stages as outlined in the proposal (e.g., design, development, testing). Each milestone invoice is due within 7 days of issue.
Final payment: The remaining balance is due upon final delivery. Once final acceptance is given, no refunds will be issued.
Payment methods: Codephoton accepts [bank transfer, credit card, PayPal]. Processing fees charged by payment providers are the client’s responsibility.
Late payments: Overdue invoices may incur a 2% monthly late fee and may pause work until payment is received.

Refunds are calculated based on completed work, non-recoverable costs, and time spent.
Deposits are non-refundable.
No refunds are issued after Final Acceptance.

Note: Any third-party costs (licenses, software, components) are always non-refundable.

Any paid third-party components or licenses purchased for your project are non-refundable.
Consultations, training sessions, and advisory services are billed separately and non-refundable once delivered.

The quoted fee covers only the agreed scope.
Extra features or change requests will be billed at $50/hour or as a separate contract.
These charges are non-refundable once performed.

Please contact Codephoton before raising a chargeback.
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in collection action and suspension of services.

Approved refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 30 days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
